What materials do you use?
All Saffron + Selene pieces are handcrafted using high-quality beads, gemstones, and artisan materials sourced during our travels. We use detailed beadwork, micro crochet, and macrame techniques to create each piece. Many designs feature individual gemstones and trinkets collected from around the world, making each piece truly one of a kind.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes — every single piece is individually handmade by Meg in her artisan studio. No two pieces are exactly alike, which is what makes Saffron + Selene jewelry so special.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Store flat or hang to prevent tangling of fringe and beaded styles
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
We occasionally take custom orders depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible as orders may already be in production after this time.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide including to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Every order is carefully packaged to arrive beautifully and safely.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be handcrafted and dispatched. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2-5 days within New Zealand and 10-21 days internationally. See our Shipping & Policies page for full details.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, all orders are sent with tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
