Shipping, Returns & Policies
Shipping
All orders are personally packed and dispatched by Meg from her artisan studio with tracked international shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–18 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is individually handmade, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns on custom or personalised orders.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and we may be unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
